We now offer Optomap retinal imaging at every comprehensive examination to help us better evaluate your eye health.

We are committed to addressing children's vision challenges. Dr. Ellwood will often fit contact lenses on patients as young as age eight.

Insurance Plans
​Dr. Ellwood participates with VSP, Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Vision Benefits of America.  Dr. Ellwood also participates in Independence Blue Cross and most Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans.   

​If we are out of network for your vision plan, we will give you a properly coded receipt for you to submit to your insurance company. Check with our staff if you have other types of coverage.
